Green Tea (Camellia sinensis L.)

         Green tea is a variation chinese tea tree bush or simply - tea (Camellia sinensis L.), was first mentioned in ancient Chinese writings "Pent - Sao". The tea has a beneficial effect on the body and spirit and it's probably due to the properties of this drink so popular among the local monks of Zen teachings. In Europe, green tea came probably via Arab traders in the 13th or 14 century ship, and later transported through so called Silk Road.

        This bushy tree is planted in large tea gardens in the altitude of 100 to 2000 meters. There are three basic types of tea derived from this plant. Depending on the chemical processing, there are: green tea, oolong and black tea. All of them come from the plant Camellia sinesis, which sources in China and India, and contain unique antioxidants, flavonoids mentioned above. The most effective of these, known as ECGC, can help fight free radicals that cause cancer, heart disease and clogged arteries. The leaves of green tea are exhibited only steamed, after which they are left to dry.

Basically we should look up a bit on the Chinese, and accept this tea a little more.
